| Bio: | About The Rucifer...The Caffeine Star, known by too many aliases to bother mentioning, is a twenty-three going on five-hundred-year-old, who enjoys being a hermit in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Glassy-eyed dreamer, inexplicable exuberant, over-protective by nature, lack of sanity by nurture, resident grammar fiend, artist, pixel-slacker and writer. She loves to read about fantastical adventures, (whether actual or imagined), and has a quirky penchant for material concerning ancient civilizations and dead bodies. It's not morbid!, she cries! It's neat! Wifey is her lurv and they've been together for something going on 10 years now. They are both stubbornly uncompromising, impossibly head-strong, increasingly willful, mildly egocentric creatures and tend to get in a lot of explosive fights and battles for Ultimate Dominance. No worries, tho. They always make up in the end, though half the ridge generally needs repairing afterwards. The police have stopped bothering to come investigate the ruckus, over the years. That's always a plus. In her home life, Ru tends to be the one to do the cooking, as she enjoys doing it. She doesn't enjoy doing the dishes or cleaning, but often gets saddled with those tasks, as well. She whines endlessly about it. Together, she and Wifey have two cats - Dakota (boy) and Gabrielle (girl). They are neutered and spayed, respectively. Sometimes they chase field mice and sometimes they chase things that don't even exist. This amuses Ru to no end. In her free time, Ru likes to role play. She does this in various mediums. Her characters, across the entire spectrum, will likely get their profiles and whatnot posted here eventually, as Ru is obsessive like that. But not right now. That takes time and thought. On Magical Hogwarts she's the Special Features and Canon Characters Wench, mainly. Although, she is often called in to deal with Problem Cases. There are a number of reasons for this, which all seem to boil down to one simple truth: Ru takes a sadistic glee in handling people who no one else wants to bother with. This could be related to the fact that people often need a dictionary, just to translate her snarky insults. Bottom line? Ru is a happy, caffeinated-go-lucky kind of laid-back lady...just don't piss her off. So far as work is concerned, Ru watches babies all day. A steady, 8:30 to 4:30 job with weekends off and vacation time. She's happy with this arrangement, since it affords her the time during the day to hone her artistic skills and to post to the 27834677864392349034.01 rp threads she's perpetually behind in. During the summer, she holds various and sundry positions, which often means you'll find her out in the wild depths of a local state park, chasing squirrels, giving kids headaches, setting off diet coke rockets and communing with nature. Nature tastes...nature-y. ♥ Ru enjoys her jobs. About as much as referring to herself in third person. Likes: caffeine. Dislikes: sleeping.
